Portable and Panic Transmitters
Visiplex alarm/panic transmitters are divided into two categories: The first category is the POCSAG transmitters and pendants that can send a preprogrammed alphanumeric message with detailed information directly to a pager. The second category is the 900MHz pendant family that requires a wireless receiver to decode the calling transmitter or pendant code and translates it using one of the Visiplex encoders (VS3200) to a text message that will be sent to a specific pager. Visiplex alarm/panic transmitters come in a variety of packages to match the application, and includes the supervision option and low battery alert.

WPT-01 Wireless UHF POCSAG pendant transmitter for neck, belt or wall mounting. Can be programmed to send an alphanumeric page directly to a specific pager.			WPT-IR Wireless infrared UHF pendant transmitter for neck or belt mounting. The infrared signal triggers a local receiver unit to send location information to the main monitoring or paging system.
WPT-03 Wireless UHF POCSAG pendant transmitter for neck, belt or wall mounting. Can be programmed to send an alphanumeric page directly to a specific pager.			WPT-I200 Wireless Pull Cord transmitter that will send a programmable alphanumeric message directly to a pager, when a call is placed or cancelled. Includes a low battery indicator and supervision option.
WPT-S200 Wireless Smoke Detector with a transmitter that will send a programmable message directly to a pager, when the smoke detector is activated and reset. Includes a low battery indicator and supervision option.			900MHz Transmitters Transmitter/pendant family uses the 900MHz band in a spread spectrum mode to provide a variety of panic alarm and security type of calls to be generated to a monitoring system. The calls are then translated to a specific alphanumeric page.
